» Counter Revolution

No federal government has damaged the American free market more than this one. No federal government has stolen more employment, more freedom, more private property — from this and future generations — than this one. No government has created more regulations, more unconstitutional dictates, more — dare I say it — slavery than this one.

Now, given all of these facts: can there be any doubt what Barack Obama meant when he twice proposed, “a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded” as our military?

The Obama-Democrat Left has mounted the first successful counter-revolution against the America Revolution in history. Using an incessant series of attacks by a fifth column, the intent of the counter-revolution is to eradicate the effects of the American Revolution. The most magnificent society ever created hangs in the balance.

The midterm elections in November represent our last chance to salvage the American experiment.

Marshal your parents, your children, your siblings, your neighbors, your coworkers — marshal everyone you know, because the stakes could not be higher.

» Dems Conspire to Kill the Filibuster

Current trends make it obvious that Republicans will take control of the Senate again in the 2012 if not 2010 elections, at which point they won’t have to worry about the filibuster if Dems succeed in destroying it.

Are Dems counting on amnesty or some other means of preventing voters from taking away the power they have so recklessly abused? Or are they totally oblivious not only to our future, but to their own, as they focus like maniacs on inflicting as much damage as possible before voters can put a stop to them? In either case, November 2008 will be regretted for the rest of our history.

» Gov. Brewer signs controversial immigration bill
There are hundreds of sites that cover this story, so why did I pick the liberal rag USAToday to link?
Because it highlights one of the underlying reasons that the Arizona law is necessary.

Arizona has found it necessary to reinforce and enforce federal law regarding illegal aliens, because the feds have failed to do their job. The federal government has precious few constitutionally assigned responsibilities, and remarkably cannot find the time or motivation to fulfill most of them. Security of our borders has been on the government’s list of duties they would rather not perform for decades.
The constitutionally protected free press has chosen not to be a news reporting entity but rather to twist the issue into an ‘immigration’ problem. Thus the free use of the word ‘immigrant’ so many times in this article.

If the issue is to be clarified, it must be recognized that illegal aliens are not immigrants. The new Arizona law is not about immigrants; it is about foreign peoples that are on American soil illegally.

Illegal aliens are undocumented democrats. The only problem found with illegal aliens by the current corrupt government is that the illegals cannot vote for dhimmicrats. In looking forward to granting citizenship to all the illegals and enjoying the power of sudden unchallengable majority, the dhimmicrats would prefer to allow the nation to become swamped with future dhimmicrat voters. And they don’t mind shirking their responsibilities to achieve that goal; and they certainly do not mind the economic burdens imposed by millions of undocumented dhimmicrats.

And so, of course, the number one dhimmicrat demonstrates total ignorance of the law and the definition of multiple words:
» Obama: Arresting Illegal Immigrants May Violate Civil Rights Laws

Existing federal law puts these immigrants in the illegal column. So if Arizona is violating the civil rights of illegal immigrants by arresting them, what does that say about the federal law?

Are citizenship requirements a civil rights violation? That certainly seems to be Barack Obama’s position, though I think that if he’d espoused that position back during the election he wouldn’t have won the election.

» Comedy Central Caves, Censors ‘South Park’ from Even Saying ‘Muhammed’

The elite gatekeepers of American pop culture huff and puff about freedom of speech. But when political correctness actually threatens that right, Hollywood’s stalwart defenders of free expression are nowhere to be found.

Last night, Comedy Central gave into threats of violence against the creators of the animated sitcom “South Park” and not only censored the image of the Muslim prophet Muhammed — as it had last week and in one previous episode — but even censored every verbal mention of the the prophet’s name

“another very successful probe for Islam in America, right up there with the Flying Imams.”

Hay Mister, loan me a dollar so’s I can pay you back the other dollar ya loaned me yestiddy.
» Grassley Slams GM, Administration Over Loans Repaid With Bailout Money

A top Senate Republican on Thursday accused the Obama administration of misleading taxpayers about General Motors’ loan repayment, saying the struggling auto giant was only able to repay its bailout money by dipping into a separate pot of bailout money.

And even though GM sorta repaid the loan …

» What Did Eric Holder Know and When Did He Know It?

From the beginning of the New Black Panther Party scandal, the Obama Justice Department insisted that the decision to dismiss a case of egregious voter intimidation was made by career attorneys. Now we are learning that there was significant involvement by political appointees, including the attorney general himself.

Now it is time to put Holder and Perrelli under oath and find out what they knew and when they knew it. And then we can determine whether the Justice Department has been covering up the politicization of the enforcement of civil rights.

» The Tea Party, Timothy McVeigh, and Tainted History

In a recent CNN interview, the former commander-in-chief sounded a battle cry to the political left, press and pundits alike: Vilify the Tea Party, deeming its membership capable of the violent rampage of the Oklahoma City bomber. This stigma imperils the most influential grassroots movement in modern history. Nothing threatens to muzzle free speech more than being stereotyped a “Tim McVeigh wanna-be.”

McVeigh was a soldier of fortune — a far cry from the peaceful citizens of the Tea Party. Yet until the evidence embodied in The Third Terrorist is prosecuted and validated in a courtroom setting, Americans who hold their elected leaders to account will continue to bear the onus of “Tim McVeigh wanna-bes.” The historical record, as written by the Clinton Department of Justice, leaves the door open to malign protestors as latent terrorists just awaiting the impetus to act. This insidious distortion of truth demands redress.

The time has arrived to exorcise the ghosts of Oklahoma City and bring to account the Arab terrorists who butchered innocent Americans and the officials who suppressed the evidence of their guilt.

» Why I Am Enlarging My Carbon Footprint

The Left’s underlying goal: to convince all of us that we don’t matter. Our happiness, our cleanliness, our ease of living, our money, and our time…it’s the government’s business, not ours. While Marxist theory celebrates the proletarian, in actuality, people become interchangeable cogs in the collective wheel.

With the promotion of environmental hysteria, the government keeps the masses frightened and in survival mode. When you traumatize and terrify people, they’re malleable. As stated succinctly by Adolph Hitler himself, “Terror is the best political weapon.”

» Obama’s Profits Allergy

I wonder why any president of the United States would feel compelled to protest, repeatedly, “I believe in the power of the free market.” Has any other president said it — at least in the context Obama keeps saying it? That’s rhetorical.

Sure, Ronald Reagan talked about the glories of capitalism frequently, but never in terms of trying to convince skeptics that he really believed what he was saying.

But Obama said it again in that very context, in his Wall Street speech in New York on Thursday. “As I said two years ago on this stage, I believe in the power of the free market.” Believe me; he didn’t go on to elaborate on the wonders of entrepreneurship, capital formation, liberty or the robust economic growth that free markets produce and which cannot be replicated, with any faint degree of consistency, in command-control economies.

Indeed, just one sentence later, Obama added one of his ubiquitous free market qualifiers. He said, “But a free market was never meant to be a free license to take whatever you can get however you can get it.”
