What’s It All About?
» Why are ‘racial justice’ advocates silent on other 17-year-old?

…. there’s another black Florida 17-year-old, another shooting of the unarmed, and another confrontation with whites the outraged activists are silent about: Shawn Tyson is accused of shooting two British tourists to death.
The “racial justice” leaders, of course, are silent on this atrocity, even though Tyson and his half-brother used the term “crackers” as a slur in a recorded prison phone call.

Does the lack of vocal, organized “community leader” outrage surprise anyone?
Fueling bigotry and hatred is the path to more people dying, and to cities burning.

Jackson and Muhammad, of course, know that.

Surviving victim of deadly home invasion was hospitalized, but now home with family once again

Strait and his 85-year-old wife, Nancy, were badly beaten during a home invasion last week in north Tulsa.
Nancy Strait died a day after the attack. Her memorial service is Friday at 12:30 p.m.
Police arrested 21-year-old Tyrone Woodfork for first-degree murder, first-degree burglary, two counts of armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon.
Woodfork was arrested after police located the Strait’s vehicle, which had been stolen during the attack.

There will be no million cap march for Bob and Nancy, two mere Americans, whose deaths cannot educate us on the evils of racism. Their killer will have pro bono lawyers and innocence projects helping him until he’s finally set free again.

Certainly Obama will make no statement on how Nancy Strait could have been his grandmother or how Bob Strait could have been that uncle who “liberated Auschwitz”. Mitt Romney did not pop up to call for a “thorough investigation”, reminding us of why Santorum kinda had a point about him.

What’s the real difference between Tyrone Woodfork and Trayvon Martin? It will take a lot of work to make Woodfork look like the martyr that the media has already turned Trayvon into. Instead we’ll get Hour 24 of screeching coverage about Trayvon Martin and white racism because a Hispanic neighborhood watch captain with black family members shot a black teenager.

» New Black ‘Kill Whitey’ Panthers Support Trayvon Martin By Handing Out George Zimmerman “Wanted Dead or Alive” Posters

The Trayvon Martin story is getting bigger and nastier by the minute. Both sides have ‘undeniable’ and conflicting facts on what really happened in Florida. It’s being ginned up into a race conflict that could explode into violence.

I don’t think the left’s agenda is really about race. It’s not about a non-black who killed a black …

It’s about the gun.
It’s about Zimmerman’s legally owned and legally carried gun.

The leftists that are stirring this pot to the boiling point don’t give a rat’s ass about some black teenager – they think they have an opportunity to strike a blow against private gun ownership.

» MSNBC host blames Bush for death of Trayvon Martin
Why is it Zeb Bush’s fault?

According to MSNBC’s Ed Schultz, “Jeb Bush helped pave the way for this senseless tragedy” because as governor, Bush signed a “stand your ground” law designed to allow someone to shoot an attacker when threatened. “What a political tragedy.”
“It’s common sense to allow people to defend themselves,” Bush said when he signed the bill into law.

I don’t reckon I’m the only one that sees it:

» The 4 Best Legal Arguments Against ObamaCare

When a reporter asked then-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) back in October 2009 “where specifically does the Constitution grant Congress the authority to enact an individual health insurance mandate?”, Pelosi’s response was to dismiss both the reporter and the question. “Are you serious?” she sneered. Nadeam Elshami, Pelosi’s communications director, later amplified his boss’s response, telling CNS News, “You can put this on the record. That is not a serious question.”

The U.S. Supreme Court thinks that it is.

Please, don’t pretend to be surprised – just don’t even try to start pretending shock:
When (THHO)Obama nominates someone that doesn’t have history with socialists, anarchists, racists, unions, murdering jihadiis or wants to give 4 or 5 U.S. states to Mexico – THEN you can be shocked and surprised.

» Global Warming Comics — The Fraudulent And The Immoral

The principal conclusions of each of the four IPCC Assessment Reports are questionable:

2007: The IPCC twice concludes that the rate of warming is speeding up and we are to blame. But it uses a false statistical technique to reach its conclusion.
2001: The IPCC concludes that today’s temperatures are warmer than in 1300 years. How it reached this conclusion is under criminal investigation.
1995: The scientists had concluded that no discernible human effect on climate could be found. Just one man rewrote the report to say the opposite.
1990: The IPCC predicted rapid warming. A generation has passed and the predicted warming has not happened…

* yes, that’s a real word – cause I say so.

Our national bankruptcy is about to enter its “sudden” phase.

“I don’t feel America is quite a First World country anymore,” a robustly pro-American Aussie told me, with a sigh of regret.

Well, what does some rinky-dink ’roo-infested didgeridoo mill on the other side of the planet know about anything? Fair enough. But Australia was the only major Western nation not to go into recession after 2008. And in the last decade the U.S. dollar has fallen by half against the Oz buck: That’s to say, in 2002, one greenback bought you a buck-ninety Down Under; now it buys you 95 cents
President Obama has run up more debt in three years than President Bush did in eight, and he plans to run up more still — from ten trillion in 2008 to fifteen and a half trillion now to 20 trillion and beyond. Onward and upward! The president doesn’t see this as a problem, nor do his party, and nor do at least fortysomething percent of the American people. The Democrats’ plan is to have no plan, and their budget is not to budget at all. “We don’t need to bring a budget,” said Harry Reid. Why tie yourself down? “We’re not coming before you to say we have a definitive solution,” the treasury secretary told House Budget Committee chairman Paul Ryan. “What we do know is we don’t like yours.”

» Pushback: Levin’s Landmark Legal pushes for probe of Tea Party-bullying IRS

conservative talk radio giant and movement warrior Mark Levin’s group requested an immediate investigation “into possible misconduct by the Internal Revenue Service’s Exempt Organization (EO) Division that calls into question the integrity of federal tax administration and IRS programs.” Specifically, the letter cites the feds’ information demands that went “far beyond the appropriate level of inquiry regarding the religious, charitable and/or educational activities of a tax exempt entity. The inquiries are not relevant to these permitted activities. Inquiries extend to organizational policy positions and priorities, personal and political affiliations, and associations of staff, board members and even family members of staff and board members.”
